Shero International Limited
Business

Because every home holds a Different Possibility.

Millions of households already hold skill, trust and the ability to create — capabilities that remain fragmented and untapped. Shero organizes this community into one of the world's largest economic networks, where every participant grows stronger as the network grows.

The homemaker capability portrait

Capability already exists. Opportunity does not.

Millions of households already contain experience, discipline, creativity and productive capacity. Cooking, baking, stitching, teaching, caring, crafting, growing, creating — these capabilities are neither scarce nor new. What has been missing is the commercial infrastructure to organize this capability into sustainable participation in the modern economy.

Portrait of household capability across current and planned markets. Representative imagery.

The underutilized household economy

The world's largest untapped economy already lives at home.

Millions of households possess valuable skills, experience, creativity and time that rarely become part of the formal economy. Every home has the potential to create products, deliver services, teach, care, build, repair, design or support a community. Yet most of this capability remains invisible—not because it lacks value, but because it lacks opportunity.

Shero believes the next great economic movement will not be created by teaching people new skills. It will come from recognizing, organizing and unlocking the extraordinary capability that already exists inside homes.

The opportunity is not to create talent. The opportunity is to unlock what the world has overlooked.

Why Shero started with home food.

Shero made it reliable — and pioneered the world's first organized Home Food brand.

Cooking is one of the most widely distributed household capabilities in the world — daily demand, deep regional variety and a decentralized supply base already inside millions of kitchens. For generations it stayed fragmented and informal. Shero brought thousands of homemakers under one trusted brand, consistent standards and a shared operating model — the entry point into a much larger household-enterprise economy.

Before Shero
  • Hidden inside personal networks.
  • Inconsistent quality, no discovery.
  • No recognizable consumer brand.
The Shero network
  • One trusted brand, thousands of homemakers.
  • Consistent onboarding, quality and experience.
  • Category leadership built on trust.

Shero did not invent home food — it pioneered the world's first organized Home Food brand.

Planned expansion

Shero Essentials.

Shero Essentials is the planned extension of the platform from prepared home food into authentic homemade products. It is designed to reuse the same infrastructure being built through Shero Home Food — community identification, onboarding, brand trust, product curation, training, packaging guidance, quality systems, payments, customer acquisition, logistics integrations and market intelligence.

Category rollout will be phased and subject to regulatory, operating and demand validation. The intent is not to launch everything at once, but to compound the operating spine across adjacent product areas where household capability already exists.

Value creation

From homemade capability to premium market opportunity.

A homemade product does not automatically command premium value. Value is built in sequence — through quality, consistency, provenance, cultural relevance, small-batch production, curation, packaging, storytelling, brand trust and customer experience. As these layers accumulate, homemade products become eligible for a wider, structured market opportunity.

A global community of homemakers
Leveraging a powerful community

A distributed community, connected into one economy.

Because every home holds a different possibility.

Shero's strength lies not only in what its community produces today, but in the breadth of capability that can be enabled over time. Every home contains different skills, circumstances, schedules and possibilities — and participation can take many forms depending on capability, availability, demand and applicable requirements.

Participation may be full-time, part-time, weekend, seasonal, festival-based, product-based, skill-based or shaped around the hours that are genuinely available. Access is created by flexibility; opportunity is built through customer demand, quality, reliability, compliance, availability, consistency and performance.

The strength of Shero lies not only in what the community produces today, but in what the community can be enabled to produce tomorrow.
